FAQs

We created a natural blend of Tea Tree Oil, Peppermint Oil and Aloe Oil which helps with allergy and body rashes. These essential oils have been known to help fight against common fungal skin conditions with its effective organic ingredients. We've had thousands of customers have a positive experience with a variety of issues, including jock itch, athletes foot, ringworm, toenail infections. We generally recommend to customers with skin issues to wash with our soap, leave it on for a 30-60 seconds before rinsing and repeat again. This allows the peppermint oils to open up your pores, which then lets the Tea Tree oils help clean out the pores removing dirt and bacteria that can cause skin issues. This may take more repeats or leaving on a bit longer before rinsing. People usually have success with that routine. If you have something more stubborn, you may want to augment using our Remedy Balm with tea tree and eucalyptus and apply after showering. We also suggest that if you have a serious issue, then see a dermatologist for a prescription.
Our remedy soap has been Dermatologist tested and has passed skin irritation testing, which makes our soap safe for all skin types. However, since all skin types are different, some people with sensitive skin, or those who have a sensitivity to tea tree or peppermint may get an irritation. We recommend that you first test on the inside elbow of your skin with our product to make sure you don't have sensitivity to tea tree or peppermint oil. Apply a bit, leave on for a few minutes and check to see if you have an irritation. You know your body best, so you'll have to use your own judgement. If you need to, dilute the soap with 10-50% water.
Skin type and seasonality can affect your experience. For example, some skin types such as dry skin in the winter time (when there is less humidity) may experience a much drier skin feeling after use which can become more sensitive to essential oils, but the same skin type in the summer or in a humid environment does not experience a dry skin feeling using the same product. So, we recommend to know your skin type and seasonal humidity, then compensate accordingly with a moisturizer afterward if needed. You might want to dilute the soap with 10-30% water to reduce your skin from drying out. We also recommend to apply, leave on for 30-60 seconds, rinse, repeat method on specific skin issues.
We recommend to people who have excessively smelly armpits to wash with our soap, leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing and repeat again. This may require several repeats.
Our Tea Tree Oil Soap is Dermatologist tested and deemed safe for all skin types, but some poeple get an irritation. Rest assured that our soap is made of all-natural ingredients and has no chemicals. If you get a rash or irritatation, depending on how much, we recommend either stop using or diluting our soap with 10-50% water. Don't use in combination with antifungal creams and avoid sensitive vaginal openings.

Apply a bit, leave on for a few minutes and check to see if you have an irritation. This is just precautionary before you try using on your sensitive parts. You can then use on the outside skin of your genital area. Having said that, be careful to avoid using on your labia and getting into your vaginal opening as that's a sensitive area. You know your body best, so you'll have to use your own judgement. If you need to, dilute the soap with 10-50% water. Our remedy soap is made of natural ingredients which do not include chemicals like sodium lauryl sulfate which is found in many standard soaps for the sole purpose of creating lather. Our natural soap is made from a coconut base with essential oils and will cleanse your body with a normal amount of soap. An overabundance of lather isn’t needed to clean your skin. Please don’t use the amount of lather to judge the effectiveness of soap, its the essential oils and the soponified ingredients that make soap slightly alkaline that help clean, refresh and combat stubborn skin conditions.
This really depends on your skin type. Even though we make a natural soap, we don't recommend mixing the two. Some antifungal creams burn off a layer of skin, and that new skin layer may become irritated with the peppermint oils which is intended to open up pores and let the tea tree oil clean out the skin.
The two essential oils that you smell are peppermint and tea tree. These are natural smells that people come to expect when using essential oils. We do not mask our products with synthetic fragrances. It's these powerful essential oils that relieve issues like body odor, and many foot and skin problems. People new to using essential oils take a couple of uses to get used to the smell. It's all natural ingredients that help the body. If you find it too strong, try diluting the soap by 10-20% water. Keep in mind that you are also reducing the effectiveness.
